As we prepare to move forward into our design phase, we require an approval on the strategy document(s) as provided. Before signing, please review the project strategy and make note of any changes that should be addressed before approval. Make sure all of the following elements have been addressed by all relevant team members involved in the project:
- Research
- Sitemap
- Content outline
- Any and all other related sections of the document
After this document is signed any changes to the approved strategy will fall outside of the original project scope and will incur additional costs.
