    As we prepare to launch your new website, we require an approval on the website development and content as provided. Before signing, please review the development URL that has been provided and make note of any changes that should be addressed before approval. Make sure all of the following elements have been addressed by all relevant team members involved in the project:

    • Page content
    • Marketing messages
    • Calls to action
    • Information Hierarchy (the order of what content should be first)
    • Overall page layout
    • Image selection (if applicable)

    After this document is signed, we will be able to schedule the website launch. Any changes that need to be made that are not a result of the pre-launch process will delay our scheduled launch date, or may be handled as support tasks following launch.
