Campaign Strategy Approval

Read and complete the form below to provide approval on the strategy for your SEO campaign.

One of the core elements of Momentum’s search engine optimization campaigns is the strategy, which dictates the content that will be produced over the next six-month period alongside any corresponding website updates that will be made (if applicable). Your approval of the strategy allows for us to efficiently plan our team’s efforts and execute on that strategy in that time period. By submitting this form, you are agreeing that you, and any relevant members of your team, have reviewed and approve the following:

• The focus keywords for the upcoming six-month period
• The content pieces as they are budgeted per-month including:
  • Topic
  • Associated keywords
  • Reference articles

Any changes to the content pieces after approval may incur additional costs, at the campaign manager’s discretion, due to additional research, planning, and content orders that might need to be done.

You also acknowledge that by approving this strategy, you give Momentum the authorization to post content for this campaign on your website on your behalf, unless otherwise noted. Once content has been posted you will have five business days to review the content and provide any revisions. Any revisions submitted after the five day period will count as a new content piece, and will incur additional costs.

Please note, if the strategy is not approved by the start date listed on the provided document, Momentum will begin implementing the strategy without further feedback. Changes to the strategy after it is in place will follow the same rules outlined above.
